This bar is part of a collection of gourmet chocolate bars both classically and whimsically inspired by the flavors of Nancy's childhood (owner of Silver Whisk) growing up as a Chinese kid in America. This collection is a stunningly delicious ode to both traditional American flavors and what we'd like to call second-generation Asian American flavors! We present to you the old classics, exciting new flavor combinations, and an extra touch of pure, unapologetic indulgence.
This bar is an adventure of textures and flavors- crunchy, roasted cocoa nibs paired with an elegant, slightly sweet milk chocolate, and sprinkled with Maldon sea salt flakes. It's hard to only have one bite!
We use Ghanian cocoa nibs which give it an earthy, slightly bitter, and acidic finish to create a tasty harmony when paired with the sweetness of the milk chocolate. "Just one more bite!"
We won't judge you if you eat the whole bar in one sitting. (We've done it too)
